We understand that disputes can be difficult to deal with for businesses.  We have extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution, from debt recovery, through to high value, complex litigation in the Court of Session, as well as arbitration, mediation, adjudication and before The Homeowner Housing Panel. We also have experience of dealing with cases in the English and foreign courts

We work with our clients at all stages advising on how to avoid disputes where possible and if not, how to get a resolution based on what our clients want to achieve.

With many years’ experience in pursuing and defending commercial litigation actions, we strive to provide our clients with clear practical advice which is always commercially focussed.
