We have experience in advising clients on all aspects of employment law and HR issues. We get to know our clients and their organisations so that we can provide cost effective and practical guidance on any issues which may arise, be that a disciplinary issue with an employee, a performance or capability issue or simply ensuring that your contracts of employments and policies and procedures are up to date and statutorily compliant.
With many years’ experience advising both employers and employees, we give clear practical advice to our clients,
addressing their needs at any particular time. Our employment team have a strong background in litigation representing clients in the Sheriff Courts, Court of Session and Employment Tribunals.
We take a pragmatic approach, advising on everything from recruitment, contracts of employment, the every-day dealings with employees and managing disputes to, if necessary, the conduct of Employment Tribunal Proceedings.

employment, and directors’ service agreements as well as training for your HR Officers/Managers on how to implement procedures and deal with any employment issues which may arrive.
