Is your premises licence at risk – it’s that time again!

Payment of the annual fee for your premises licence is due to be paid to your local licensing board no later than 1 October 2016.

Late payment – the consequences

Failure to pay will undoubtedly result in your premises licence being called to a review hearing. The possibility of your licence being revoked is a real risk.

You should, by now, have received a demand for payment from your local licensing board.  If not, you should contact the board to make arrangements to pay the fee and ensure your contact details are correct on their database.

If you require assistance with this or any other licensing matter, please contact John Cassells at jgc@businesslaw.co.uk or Ali Fleming at af@businesslaw.co.uk or telephone to speak to either of them on 01383 721 621.
